Garlic Lemon Herb Chicken Thighs with Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning (mixed herbs)




Method

1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Arrange chicken and asparagus on a baking sheet.

2. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
