Ingredients

  • 8 mini tortillas 
  • 500g turkey mince
  • 8 cheese slices
  • 500g potatoes, cut into chips
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 200g cherry tomatoes
  • 200g lettuce
  • 200g cucumber







Methods

1. Lay the tortillas out flat on a surface.

2. Split the mince into 8 balls. 

3. Spread the mince out flat on the tortillas.

4. Dry fry tortillas mince side down in a frying pan for 5 minutes.

5. Flip them over and lay the cheese slice on top.

6. Cook for a couple of minutes until the cheese has melted.

7. Fold in half and remove from the pan.

8. Continue until all the tortillas are done.

9. Meanwhile, toss the chips in the oil and cook in the oven or air fryer.

10. Serve with the salad.
