Ingredients

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 100g hard Italian cheese, grated
  • Cracked black pepper
  • A pinch of salt


Method

Cook the Spaghetti:


Cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions.

Drain, reserving half a mug of the cooking water.

Combine Ingredients:

Place a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add the drained spaghetti.

Add about 6 tablespoons of the reserved pasta cooking water and toss well.

Add Cheese:


Remove the pan from the heat.

Add the grated cheese and give it a good stir.

Finish and Serve:


Leave the mixture for a minute, then stir again.

Crack over the black pepper and add a pinch of salt.

Serve immediately.
