Creamy Cheesy Pasta



  • 75g pasta
  • 75g frozen cauliflower / broccoli
  • 75g frozen mixed veg
  • 75g soft cheese
  • 1 veg stock cube
  • 75g cheese


1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil. 

2. Add the pasta and frozen veg to the pot, reduce the heat and cover. 

3. Cook for 10 minutes then remove 1tbsp of the cooking water before draining the pasta.

4. Crumble the stock cube into the reserved water and mix with the soft cheese and grated cheese and stir through the pasta until melted and well mixed.
