Garlic Butter Spaghetti



  •  300g spaghetti
  •  4 tbsp butter
  •  8 garlic cloves, crushed
  •  4 tbsp dried chives
  •  1 handful of chopped parsley
  •  500g cherry tomatoes, halved
  •   6 tbsp sweet chilli sauce


1. Boil a pan of water, add a pinch of salt.

2. Add the spaghetti and cook for 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile, add the butter to a pan.

3. Add the garlic, chives, and tomatoes and fry till softened. Add the parsley and stir through.

4. Once cooked, drain the spaghetti and add to the pan of tomatoes.

5. Add the sauce and stir through.

6. Serve on its own or with a side of garlic bread.
