Ingredients

  • 500g turkey mince
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 tin of kidney beans, drained
  • 500g passata
  • 2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 320g rice



Methods

1. Cook rice as per the packet instructions.

2. Dry fry the onion and mince until browned.

3. Add the carrots and stir through.

4. Add the chilli powder and fry for a couple of minutes.

5. Add the passata and cook for 20 minutes. 

6. Add the kidney beans and heat through for 5 minutes.

7.Serve with the rice.
