Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 90g cooked chicken
  • 1 pouch of long grain rice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 100g mixed veg
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil


Method

1. Heat the oil in a frying pan.

2. Add the rice and mixed veg and stir through to get coated in the oil.

3. Add the chicken and soy sauce and keep stirring until both are piping hot.

4. Push the rice over to the side and add the egg. 

5. Allow it to start to set and then quickly stir it through the rice and veg for a couple of minutes.
