Mixed Veg in Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 75g frozen cauliflower / broccoli
  • 75g frozen mixed veg
  • 75g soft cheese
  • 1 veg stock cube
  • 75g cheese





Methods

1. Bring a medium pan of water to the boil. 

2. Add the frozen veg to the pot, reduce the heat and cover. 

3. Cook for 10 minutes then remove 1tbsp of the cooking water before draining the veg.

4. Crumble the stock cube into the reserved water and mix with the soft and grated cheese. Stir through the veg until melted and well mixed.
