Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 150g cooked chicken
  • 300g casserole veg
  • 400ml chicken gravy (made a little thinner than the pack instructions)
  • 2 Yorkshire puddings – or as many as you want!



Method

1. Add the chicken, veg and gravy into a pot or slow cooker.

2. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 30 minutes until the veg is soft.

3. Cook the Yorkshire puddings as per the pack instructions.

4. Add 1 tbsp of gravy granules to the casserole and stir until the gravy thickens.

5. Serve with the yorkshire puddings on the side.
