1. Put the gammon in a large pot and cover with just enough water so that it is submerged.
2. Bring to the boil and then cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
3. Mix the honey and mustard together.
4. Remove the gammon from the water and cover with the honey and mustard mixture.
5. Cook in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 180°C.
6. Rest before slicing. Serve with my Broccoli & Cauliflower Cheese and Squashed Roast Potatoes.
