Beef Stir-Fry with Peppers and Snap Peas

Ingredients

  • 300-400g thinly sliced beef 
  • 2 peppers, sliced
  • 100g snap peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce 
  • Salt and pepper



Method

1. Sauté beef in a pan with garlic, salt, and pepper until browned. Set aside.

2. Stir-fry peppers and snap peas until tender.

3. Add beef back, along with soy sauce, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
