Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breasts
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 2 peppers, sliced
  • 500g passata
  • 300g pasta
  • 2 tbsp fajita spice mix (we have a recipe on the website if you want to make your own mix up)






Methods

1. Dry fry your onions, peppers and chicken for 2 minutes.

2. Sprinkle over the spice mix and fry for another 5 minutes.

3. Add the passata and cook for 10 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, cook the pasta.

5.Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir through.
