Sausage and Mash Pie



  • 3 sausages
  • 50g mixed veg
  • 2 tbsp gravy granules
  • 2 large potatoes


1. Grill or fry the sausages until golden brown.

2. Peel and dice the potatoes and cook in water until soft.

3. Drain and mash the potatoes.

4. Slice the sausages and put into a small oven dish.

5. Add in the mixed veg.

6. Make up the gravy and pour over the sausages and veg.

7. Top with the mashed potato and spread evenly.

8. Run over the top with a fork to roughen the potato.

9. Put in the oven or air fryer at 180c for 15 mins (oven) or 12 mins (air fryer).
