1. Cook the sausages and slice them up.
2. Make up the gravy a little thicker than the pack instructions.
3. Add the cooked sausage and mixed veg to a small oven tray.
4. Pour over the gravy.
5. Top with the mashed potato. Score the top with a fork so you get crispy bits.
6. Cook for 15 minutes in the oven at 200c or 10 minutes at 200c in an air fryer.
