Ingredients

  • 500g pork mince
  • 200g cherry tomatoes
  • 200g lettuce
  • 200g cucumber
  • 2 avocado
  • 2 onions
  • 2 peppers
  • 6 tbsp fat free yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp taco spice mix




Methods

1. Fry off your mince, onions, and peppers in the oil with the taco seasoning.

2. Serve over the lettuce, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes. Top with the avocado and yoghurt.
