Egg and Spinach Frittata

with a Side Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 150g fresh spinach, chopped
  • 100g grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Salad bag
  • ½ cucumber
  • Salad dressing

Method

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Whisk eggs, then stir in spinach, cheese, salt, and pepper.

2. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.

3. Serve with the salad, cucumber, and vinaigrette.
