1. Add the chicken breast to a small pot and put some water in the bottom.
2. Bring to the boil then reduce heat to a simmer and poach for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Remove the chicken and shred.
3. Check the noodles pack and top up the chicken cooking water to the correct amount of water.
4. Add the stock cubes, noodles, and veg to the pot and bring back to the boil.
5. Once the water has been absorbed, take off the heat. Add the cooked chicken and serve.
