1. Cook the spaghetti according to the pack instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok over a medium heat and add the chilli powder and garlic. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
3. Add the stir fry mix and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.
4. Add the pork, increase the heat and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until the pork is well cooked and the dish is piping hot.
5. Mix through the drained, cooked spaghetti then serve.
