Breakfast - Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs

Methods

1. Mash the banana in a bowl

2. Add the eggs and mix well.


3. Add the oats and stir together.

4. Heat a large non-stick frying pan and drop in spoons of batter.

5. Cook for 1 minute on one side and then flip over and cook for another 30 seconds.
