Breakfast - Toast, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon & Tomato

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 200g cooking bacon, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 slices of bread

Methods

1. Whisk the eggs.

2. Fry the bacon and onions for 5 minutes.


3. Add the tomatoes and cook for 2 more minutes.

4. Add the eggs and cook until the eggs set.

5. Toast the bread and serve with the scrambled eggs.
