Since the return of my meal plans, I've been inundated with requests to create a plan that is packed with protein. This month, my meal plan includes seven recipes that provide you with the most protein on the lowest budget!

You can find the nutritional values of each recipe on each page, alongside all you will need to make it. As always, feel free to omit items and make it your own!
