No meat, not no taste
When I asked what meal plans you'd like to see in the future, the requests for meat-free options were astounding, so this week, my meal plan is vegetarian-based!
Whether you're a seasoned veggie-lover or just looking to test the waters and try something new, a well-planned vegetarian meal plan can provide all the nutrients and satisfaction you need (no meat included!).
These meal plan ideas are so much more than just salads and tofu. Think hearty stew and dumplings, delicious pasta dishes, and even a savoury take on the classic bread and butter pudding!
Of course, you can always alter my previous meal plans to make them vegetarian, simply omit the meat and replace with your favourite substitute.
