While my meal plans are great for families, they might not be perfect for individuals. Single-person meal plans are something people have requested a lot over the years, and I'm finally answering the call, giving you two weeks of recipes for one!

I know it can be a struggle to find the motivation to cook for yourself, and it can be hard to do on a budget, as in most cases, bigger packs are better value. Not everyone has the freezer space to store lots of excess food, so telling people to freeze the extras isn’t always an option.

These recipes are perfect for single people on a budget, whether that's students, pensioners, or working people looking to plan their meals for the week ahead.
